Investors, Corporate Buyers, and Top Georgia Startups Gather Together for a Day of Capital and Customer Access
ATLANTA, GA — The Technology Association of Georgia’s Education Collaborative (TAG-Ed) will host the fourth annual TAG Invest Connect: Meet, Pitch, & Partner on October 22, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Comcast’s Regional Headquarters in Atlanta. The event brings together corporate procurement leaders, active investors, and high-growth technology entrepreneurs for a single day designed to open two of the hardest doors in early-stage growth: capital and customers.
TAG Invest Connect combines three elements unique elements in one afternoon: an Investor & Procurement Pathways Panel, where corporate and investment leaders share what they look for in vendors and portfolio companies; a live Pitch for Capital Competition, where six selected Seed-to-Series-A finalists present to a panel of investors; and 1:1 Investor Pitch Coaching, matching each finalist with a dedicated coach weeks ahead of the event preparing finalists for their live pitch.

A Track Record of Results
Past participants report tangible outcomes from the event: 80% of entrepreneurs have had successful interactions with investors, 87% said the event helped eliminate barriers to connecting with investors, 63% scheduled follow-up appointments, and 38% went on to receive investment. Four founders from past TAG Invest Connect events have secured funding, and several have advanced corporate partnerships as a direct result of their participation.
“We’re excited to announce our fourth annual TAG Invest Connect,” said Dr. Loretta Daniels, Executive Director of TAG-Ed. “What makes this event truly unique is that it doesn’t just stop at investment. We’re combining procurement access, pitch coaching, and investor capital opportunities in one day, giving entrepreneurs a direct line to both customers and capital.”
The day closes with a networking reception, giving founders, investors, and corporate leaders room to continue conversations that began during the panels and pitch competition. By combining procurement access, capital opportunities, and curated networking in one afternoon, TAG Invest Connect positions itself as a launchpad for Seed-to-Series-A entrepreneurs seeking both funding and market traction.
TAG Invest Connect is part of TAG’s broader mission to advance Georgia’s technology ecosystem, supporting entrepreneurship, innovation, and workforce development across the state.
