Program Overview

Duration: 6 months
Small group mentoring sessions are mandatory monthly for six months; 1:1 mentoring is optional
The time commitment is flexible but can range from 1-4 hours each month.
Format: The recommended meeting format is a hybrid model, incorporating virtual and in-person meetings.

Mentor-Mentee Ratio: Each mentor is matched with 2-5 mentees.

Mentee Criteria

Title/Position: Entry-level or specialist
Experience: Zero to 3 years
Reporting Level: Must report to a Manager or above

Mentor Criteria

Title/Position: Manager or above
Management Experience: Three years or more
Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 1 hour per month
