Program Overview

 

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Small group mentoring sessions are mandatory monthly for six months; 1:1 mentoring is optional
  • The time commitment is flexible but can range from 1-4 hours each month.
  • Format: The recommended meeting format is a hybrid model, incorporating virtual and in-person meetings.

 

Mentor-Mentee Ratio: Each mentor is matched with 2-5 mentees.

 

 

 

Mentor Criteria

 

  • Title/Position: Manager or above
  • Management Experience: Three years or more
  • Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 1 hour per month
