Bridge Builders Mid-Level to Senior-Level Mentorship Program

The Bridge Builders Mentorship Program is designed to provide tech professionals with the opportunity to build a relationship with and learn from senior executives. Mentors will have the opportunity to share their learned and lived experiences to help mid-level tech professionals advance in their careers.

The Problem

Participants benefit from learning firsthand from senior-level professionals, gaining guidance on managing teams and advancing within their careers. This program helps build strong professional networks and supports upward mobility in the tech field.

Lack of Formal Mentors

  • While 76% of professionals recognize the importance of having a mentor, only 37% currently have one.

Skill Development

  • A 2025 survey revealed that 83% of businesses consider it important to develop leaders at all levels, yet less than 5% have implemented leadership development programs across all levels.
