The Bridge Builders Mentorship Program is designed to provide tech professionals with the opportunity to build a relationship with and learn from senior executives. Mentors will have the opportunity to share their learned and lived experiences to help mid-level tech professionals advance in their careers.
Program Overview
This program fosters an environment where seasoned professionals can share their valuable, real-world experiences and expertise to guide and support mid-level tech professionals as they navigate their career paths. Through this mentorship, participants can gain personalized advice, uncover strategies for overcoming career challenges, and receive guidance on advancing to the next level.
Participating mentors are matched with 1-3 mentees.
Small group mentoring sessions are mandatory monthly for six months; 1:1 mentoring is optional
The time commitment is flexible but can range from 1-4 hours per month
A volunteer group coordinator will manage scheduling and communications.
The recommended meeting format is a hybrid model, involving a combination of virtual and in-person meetings.
